Returns

We've all done it, ordered something and then realised later that it is no longer needed.

You have 30 days to return your order under our 30 day return period policy, which starts on the day after you received the item. This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or miss-described.

To make a return, please email hello@snuz.com, with your proof of purchase. Our Customer Services team will be happy to help and provide you with instructions on how to return your item. In order to process your return, your item must be in a new & unused condition, with original packaging if possible, unless faulty.

Please note: Snuz will not cover the cost of return shipping.

Faulty goods

If you believe a product to be faulty, please contact us immediately with a description and photo of the product concerned. We recommend that you stop using the product. If the item has not been used and was purchased within 6 months, then subject to confirmation of a fault, you will be entitled to a full refund. For goods proven to be faulty that have been used or purchased after 6 months, you will be offered a free exchange.
