Returns

We want you to feel completely confident in your Snuz purchase. If something doesn’t feel quite right, you can return eligible items for free within 100 days of delivery, subject to the terms below. 


Eligibility
 

  • You have 100 days from the day after you received your order to return an item if you change your mind. 

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) is required for all returns. 

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be new, unused, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. (unless the item is faulty). Items showing signs of wear, use, or missing parts may not be accepted for return. 

  • Please ensure items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. 

  • Gift vouchers are non-returnable and excluded from this policy.

Refunds
 

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. 

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 

  • Please allow up to 14 business days for refund processing after inspection. 


Faulty or Defective Products
 

We know how important your little one’s products are, and it can be frustrating when something doesn’t arrive or last as it should. Please don’t worry, we’re here to put it right. 

  • If you believe your product is faulty, please use our easy self-service returns portal and follow the warranty section to log your warranty claim with us.  

Your claim will be reviewed by a member of our Customer Experience team within 48 hours. If we require further information to process your warranty claim, we will be in touch with you.  

Please note: If you submit your claim over a weekend or statutory holiday, we’ll be in touch on the next working day. 

  • Please do not continue using a potentially faulty product. 

  • In line with your statutory rights, Snüz may provide spare parts to resolve the issue, offer a replacement, or issue a refund where appropriate 

  • If your order arrives faulty, damaged, with missing parts, or incorrect, please report it within 7 working days. 

Gift Returns 

  • Items received as gifts can be returned within the same 100-day window from when the original purchaser received the item. 

  • Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser via their original payment method. 

  • If the original payment details cannot be provided, refunds for gift returns may be issued as a credit note. 

  • Gift receipts or order details must be supplied in order to process a gift return. 

Non-Returnable Products 

  • Certain items cannot be returned unless faulty, including but not limited to: 
  • Products without original tags, packaging, or that show signs of use.
