We've all done it, ordered something and then realised later that it is no longer needed.
You have 30 days to return your order under our 30 day return period policy, which starts on the day after you received the item. This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or miss-described.
Returning to us is simple, just follow the steps set out below.
To make a return, please email email@example.com, with your proof of purchase to receive your returns number and returns label. Just make sure any goods are returned with proof of purchase, in new and unused condition and if possible the original packaging, unless faulty.
We know that you may not need the items you have purchased for some time; at least not until your little one arrives! Please ensure that you check the order within the 30 days returns period and notify us within that time-frame if you wish to return for a refund or exchange. As long as the item(s) are returned with proof of purchase, in new and unused condition, and if possible the original packaging, we will be happy to provide an exchange or send you a voucher for the equivalent value.
If you believe a product to be faulty, please contact us immediately with a description and photo of the product concerned. We recommend that you stop using the product. If the item has not been used and was purchased within 6 months, then subject to confirmation of a fault, you will be entitled to a full refund. For goods proven to be faulty that have been used or purchased after 6 months, you will be offered a free exchange.
